What we collect and why
If you use the consultation form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, location and description of the matter that you choose to give us. We use them for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to open and run your file.
The legal basis is your request to take steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us. Where we ask for your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
This website sets no advertising or profiling cookies. If you allow your browser to remember your colour theme, that preference is stored on your own device and never reaches us.
Who sees it
Your enquiry reaches the firm. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. Technical providers who host the site or transmit the form message act as our processors under contract. We may disclose data where the law or a professional obligation requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become instructions are deleted within twelve months. Client files are retained for the period required by Italian professional and anti-money-laundering rules, currently ten years from the end of the mandate.
Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@avvocati.us. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Confidentiality before engagement
Please do not send confidential or privileged material through this website before we have confirmed an engagement in writing. Sending information through this site does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship or make the information privileged.
